• Cardiff U3A Photography Competition Winter 2011
The theme is "Water". Deadline - Tuesday 13th December 2011.
Submit up to 3 entries per person to David Reeves by email - davidjohnreeves@mac.com .
Digital images only and must be recent photographs taken within the greater Cardiff region.

• City Centre Mobility Assistance
Two electric vehicles operated by Cardiff Council travel around the city centre offering FREE mobility assistance to those who need help. They can be flagged down, called, or pre booked. The phone number is 029 2087 3888. Well worth adding to your phone memory for emergencies.


• Group Meetings at Library
Library Staff have requested that attendees do NOT adjust the blinds in the Seminar Room, but instead ask staff to adjust them if necessary.


• Member Problems
If you hear of any member who is ill, or are seriously unwell yourself, please get in touch with Melvyn Rees on 2048 2200.


• All Group Leaders and Event Organisers
Would you please help keep our web pages up to date by letting Michael Foster (cardiffu3a@yahoo.co.uk) know of any updates/changes as soon as the details are finalised.
