All talks are 10.15-12.00 at the Citizens Hall, Heath Park - off King George V Drive East, Heath, Cardiff CF14 4EP [Map] - usually on the 4th Tuesday of the month.

Visits may be on different days and times.

The Local History Group has been running for over 7 years and is very popular. The monthly talks cover a wide range of subjects from the early settlement of Cardiff, its rapid development during Victorian times and the people who have shaped our diverse and rich culture. We also have regular visits to sites of interest.

If you are interested in finding out more about the city and its people - whether you are “Kardiff born & bred” or have recently moved to area - please join us, who knows you may be inspired to join an archaeology dig, join a research project or oral history group, all part of the story of Cardiff and its people.
