The Members' Area or Portal is part of the Beacon administration system and allows you to do the following:
- See information about Groups
- See a version of the Calendar which is more detailed than the Public view
- Update your personal details held in our records
- When appropriate, renew your membership online

To log in to the Members' Area, you will need:
- Your Membership Number
- Email address
If you have not supplied Cardiff U3A with an email address, you will not be able to use the Members' Portal.
The system is case sensitive and rather fussy. You will need to ensure that the correct capital and lower case letters exactly match the way your membership details are held in the system.
Please ensure there are no spaces before or after each of the name fields which can occur if you use the autofill feature of your browser and is particularly true when using a tablet such as an iPad.
